香烤花生 Roasted Peanuts

材料 Ingredients
帶皮花生 Peanut with skin4 杯 cup
鹽 Salt 3 大匙 Tbs
糖 Sugar1/4 杯 cup
八角 Star Anise 8 顆 ea
水 Water 3 杯 cup

做法
1.預熱烤箱到250˚F (120˚C)。
2.將鹽,糖,八角和水放進一個鍋裡煮滾。等糖和鹽都溶化後加入花生。
3.熄火。等一分鐘後撈出花生濾乾。
4.將花生平鋪在烤盤上,放進烤箱烤2個小時。中途要攪動花生一次。等2個小時過去,讓花生留在烤箱裡到涼了以後再取出。



PROCEDURE
1.Preheat an oven to 250˚F (120˚C).
2.Place the salt, sugar, star anises and water in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil. When the sugar and salt are completely dissolved, add the peanuts.
3.Turn the heat off. Wait for 1 minute, then take out and drain the peanuts.
4.Spread the peanuts evenly over a baking sheet. Bake the peanuts for 2 hours. Stir the peanuts one time during the baking time. After 2 hours past, turn off the heat and leave the peanuts in the oven until they completely cool down.
